Last year on an early spring afternoon we decided to smoke the local trout that my dad had recently caught. We fired up the smoker and set them on the path of low and slow. As he loaded it up he even had a little helper who inspected every fish that was placed in the smoker!

I usually enjoy capturing moments with photography but this time I wanted to try out video along with a set of photos to go along with it. The set came out great and it’s probably the personal work that I am most proud of to date.
