Working closely with the Head Chef, I created a new look for the winter menu at Helen's Restaurant at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The clean, easy-to-read menu was printed in-house on a thick linen paper stock that replaced an old plastic sheath. This enhanced the upscale look of the menu while making it easy to edit and print new ones with a quick turnaround.
